A tiny micro-chip (in a 3D printed 1 cubic cm cube) containing The Gathering’s album ‘How to measure a planet?’. Together with a small roll of magnetic tape with a fragment of the music and a small scroll of paper with a personal message and the formula for ‘how to measure a planet’.

The tiny digital version of ‘How to Measure a Planet’ will bring music (sound waves) from planet earth to the moon. We think the moon needs some music! And although it cannot be played/listened to on the moon itself, due to a lack of oxygen over there, it can be carried out elsewhere. The theme of space travel (and inner travels) runs through many of the songs on the album. Something that is on the mind of many earthlings. Credits:(c) 1998 The Gathering – Century Media Records
